What a great group of girls these girls were absolutely ready to battle it out and bring home a state championship for West Mobile County Girls Softball Association!!

Even with the unfortunate decision to cancel the remaining games we are so proud of these girls and how they battled, and we feel like they were poised to bring home some hardware‼️‼️

Simply put, the standard for 6u softball in the state.

Every time our WeMo x Semmes girls play, there is some serious talent on display, and those games get intense!

With that rivalry comes a respect and admiration, as both teams supported each other, as well as the other Southern teams, this past weekend at the State Championships in Gardendale❤️.

These Semmes girls were the last Southern team standing before the unfortunate decision to call off the remaining games, and I guarantee the other remaining teams didn’t want to see these girls across from them in the bracket😮‍💨😤.

I am extremely proud of these girls and how they represented our area 2️⃣5️⃣1️⃣.

One day, some of our WeMo x Semmes girls will find themselves on the field together as teammates, and when that happens, it’s going to
….✨NATIONAL✨.

🚨 In light of the disappointing handling of the USA State Tournament, I'd like to shine a spotlight on our outstanding WeMo 6u Allstars‼️

✨We couldn't be prouder of this team! After a tough first-round loss, they refused to give up. Instead, they regrouped and fought their way back to the top of the Winners bracket, dominating three games and positioning themselves for a shot at the State Championship. Although they ultimately fell short against a strong Boaz Team, they went out with determination and heart. This team will undoubtedly return stronger and more determined than ever. Watching them grow and develop has created lifelong memories and friendships, and we're grateful for every moment‼️
