Great night at lessons tonight! Keep it up- you guys are really improving!!

Training long course at EMU is such an amazing experience for our team! We even had a guest coach today - Kevin Doak, who in May, blasted the WORLD RECORD for men ages 45-49 100m Backstroke (SCM) 56.37!! 👀(check out his other stats in photo)! Monroe Swim Club attended a few of the same meets with him over the last few years, and we are so thankful for his time today!
Kevin- Monroe will be cheering you on into championship season!
