The thing about rankings is you have to keep backing that #3 up or you move back down!! These ladies continue to keep challenging themself to improve every part of their game every week.

Just a few examples of the dedication these ladies have on the court. We just haven’t been getting as many aces as in previous years so these ladies are working on their top spin to generate more aces.
A few of them showcased it against SA and it paid off. You will see a few more once we have dialed it in. The defense has improved so much that we are giving the energizer bunny a run for his money.
Blocking has never been this good and we have a couple of middles and right sides to thank for it. Offense just keeps getting better with the end goal of consistency across the whole team by sectionals. There are NO I’s on this team it’s all about WE the TEAM!! It definitely starts with the Seniors!! The Freshman are a contributing factor to this success but the leadership of this Senior class is the BEST I have ever had since coaching at Heritage!! They all follow my direction, my culture, and my accountability without giving me any second guessing. They believe in me and what the end goal should be for their legacy. They are teaching a very young squad what it looks like to work hard to achieve what you want.

Congrats lady Patriots you have earned success now let’s keep working to stay there!!!

Patriot fan these ladies are ready to battle at the Star Dome tonight!!
Game starts at 7:00.
JV will start at 6:00.
We would love to pack the place with enthusiastic fans ready to cheer us on.

A big ACAC match up.
SA is 12-2
-Heritage is 15-2

They have good hitters.
-Heritage has phenomenal hitters.

They have good defense
-Heritage has scrappy defense

They have good middle blockers.
-Heritage has 2 BEASTS in the middle.

They have good serves.
-We are bringing out some new serves and some old ones that are sure to score.

They have excitement.
-Heritage has energizing bunnies!! They have extra batteries to last every set!!

Lady Patriots battled for another ACAC win.

Heritage swept Southern Wells for the team’s 10th straight win, improving to 2-0 in ACAC play on Tuesday.

The Lady Patriots took on Southern Wells tonight at home. JV and Varsity were both victorious. JV handed Southern Wells an ugly defeat. They took care of business early on and never looked back. Great win for this JV squad that is getting better communicating every game.

The Varsity had to battle a feisty Southern Wells team. Our defense along with serve receive proved to be no match up. We dominated in those two areas. The offense hammered away wearing out a bench with very little depth.
The pins had a strong game executed exactly what needed to be done to achieve a victory.
Kierstyn Hess and Grace Schuemann racked up a total of 54 digs between them.
Kinley Galentine had 17 kills while Maya Ehrman had 9. Mallory Ehrman had 12 kills.
Elena Lybarger and Audra Bickel the unsung hero’s had a total of 4 blocks.
A great win to improve their record to 15-2.
The Patriots will meet their biggest challenge going into a hostile environment at South Adams. This will prove to be a big game that could very well determine the ACAC title. We would love to see our fans show up and be loud and proud as we go for the title on Thursday at South Adams.
The polls have us 3rd in the ACAC but we all know how off polls can be especially when you have a well balanced team that does not like to lose. They will grind for every point and their true grit shines bright. See you Thursday we will be ready!!!

Tonight’s top performers has to be Kinley Galentine along with Kierstyn Hess. A one two punch that was too much for Southern Wells to handle.
My Senior’s get a lot of love also they performed with excitement and all smiles on that court!! They even got our number 9 to smile between kills!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🏐🩷🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

One of my favorite things that we do as a volleyball team. Honor our grandparents for their love and support.
We appreciate all that you do. It’s been fun for me as a coach to get to meet a lot of you. I know why this group of players is so competitive but kind to others. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. You are molding these young adults into wonderful human beings. Just the right mix a little spicey with a little sweet. Thanks for your hauling, feeding, love and prayers. We truly are a wonderful school with wonderful families cheering us on.
