💜 Honoring Jewell Pitts’ Legacy 💜

This past weekend’s Jewell Pitts Inaugural Memorial Pickleball Classic was a beautiful celebration of Jewell’s life, love of the game and community, and lasting legacy.

The city proudly dedicated Court 10 in her memory and Team ALA honored her with the presentation of the Governor’s Proclamation recognizing Jewell as the Alabama State Games Athlete of the Year.

Her legacy lives on in every match, every friendship, and every life she touched.
