I am hard on my players because I care.

Every week I come up with a detailed practice schedule to help the boys develop. I strongly believe developing the players and getting them ready for the next level is better than a Trophy. If they put in the work now the trophy’s will come when it counts the most.

A couple of my players wanted to get some extra work in with Coach Morris this Sunday. Grind never stops
