I did a 30 min workout with weights and 15 min incline walk on the treadmill!

I always feel so much better after a workout.

Did an upper body YouTube workout video today. 30 minutes with weights. Was an awesome workout I give it a 8/10!

Last month I wasn’t working out as much due to not feeling well, but I’m starting to get back into a good routine again and working out most days again. Sometimes you get into a funk and that’s ok. Just get back into it when you’re feeling up to it.

Try to do something active today!

Today I did weights - biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
After, I finished my workout doing an incline walk for 20 min. Felt great! 💪🏼
