2018 - Kyle Busch finally crossed the Coca-Cola 600 off his bucket list.
This win made Busch the only driver in NASCAR history to win at every race track on the active schedule.

2005 - Jimmie Johnson passed Bobby Labonte on the final lap to win the Coca-Cola 600!
This was Johnson's third consecutive win In NASCAR's longest race.

2011 - Kevin Harvick came out of nowhere to win the Coca-Cola 600!
Dale Earnhardt Jr. was on his way to winning the race until he ran out of fuel through turns 3 & 4 coming to the checkered flag.

2007 - Jeff Gordon got taken out by a spinning Tony Raines on lap 61 of the Coca-Cola 600.
Gordon went into the race with the largest points lead anyone had ever had after the first 11 races.
His teammate, Casey Mears went on to get his first and only win the Cup Series.
Monumental Moment Monday!
1994 - Jeff Gordon scored his first career Winston Cup Series win in the Coca-Cola 600!
Gordon started the race from the pole and led 16 laps.
This was the first of 93 career wins for Jeff Gordon!

2001 - "THE TRACK IS WET, IT'S GORDON!"
The 2001 running of "The Winston" was one NASCAR had never seen before.
As the field took the green flag, the skies opened up and it started pouring and sent most drivers out of control. This caused a pileup in turn 1 involving drivers like Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, Michael Waltrip, and more!
NASCAR did something unprecedented and allowed those teams with damage to bring out their backup cars!
One of those cars was the No. 24 and that car just so happened to get into victory lane after the race resumed!

2009 - In one of the most exciting battles for the lead in All-star Race history; Jeff Gordon crashes after being three-wide with Kyle Busch and Ryan Newman.
This is one of the most iconic moments and calls from the booth in All-star Race history!
New owner-driver, Tony Stewart, would go on to win this race!

1992 - "One Hot Night"
Davey Allison won The Winston in 1992, but wasn't able to celebrate in victory lane as he was transported to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a concussion, bruised lungs, and bruised legs.
Allison was able to win after Dale Earnhardt and Kyle Petty got into it going into turn 3 which saw Earnhardt spin out from the lead.
This was also the first time the all-star race was run at night!

2007 - The Busch brothers get into it during the final segment of the All-star race and crash in turn 1!
The Busch brothers would not speak to each other until their grandmother told them they had to talk during Thanksgiving dinner.
Fun fact: Michael Jordan was the grand marshall for this race!

1987 - "The Pass in the Grass"
Dale Earnhardt held off a charge by Bill Elliott to win the All-star Race in 1987 (His first of 3 wins in the All-Star Race).
This is arguably the greatest pass that isn't a pass in NASCAR history!
