Last night’s race update! We honored Kyle Busch with a moment of silence and #18 lap features all pm at Millbridge Speedway.

The skies opened up 🌧️ right when A class was getting ready to qualify. After a 1 1/2 hour rain delay, Chase was 1st to qualify in the muddy conditions but did what he could as the track was slow until it was raced on during hot laps, so he qualified 17th. There were no heat races due to the delay, and we went straight to the A feature, where we survived all the wrecks and went from 17th.➡️ 10th.

Chase did what he could and we have a mess today! All worth it to race and remember our Race Friends and continued prayers w the Busch’s today and everyday.








Driven Performance

Tonight is race night and our first race since the horrible tragedy. Tonight we race for our friends, Kyle Busch, Brexton Busch, Samantha Busch and Lennix.

This post has taken us days to write and process as we are 💔 beyond words for our friends who have become a huge part of our race family.

Chase and Brexton met at Mountain Creek Speedway back in 2020 when the world was shut down but youth racing was taking off and there was nothing to do but race and learn! 2020 was both of the boys first year of racing and Chase was racing flat karts and Brexton and family started showing up in outlaw karts with the .
NASCAR had a unique schedule that year so both Kyle and Samantha were around a ton with Brexton at the track and we all literally started navigating this youth racing life of adventure together.
The boys would not start competing racing until 2021 when Chase started driving Outlaw karts at both Mountain Creek and Millbridge Speedway. We then entered a year of fun racing all of the time at both tracks and the boys started to become fierce competitors on the track and race buddies off of the track. They have celebrated each other in Victory Lane over the years and have moved up on similar timelines racing Outlaw Karts from Beginner, to Box Stock to Jr. Wing, to Restricted Micros and most recent A Class Wing Micros. It has been such a fun adventure find a buddy and family who love racing as much as you do and are as competitive as you are in wanting to have your kid have all of the tools they can to be as successful on the track and do what they love.. RACE.

We have competed at race tracks from local to the Midwest and we always had such an amazing past 2 years at the Tulsa Shootout spending a week racing and hanging out with our friends. The boys have celebrated wins, supported through losses, celebrated birthdays, Kyle's wins, sleepovers, and more.

Kyle was a fierce competitor and LOVED to WIN and Loved seeing Brexton win. We knew this side of Kyle but mostly knew a side of Kyle as a dad and Brexton's Dad, our buddy running his race cars and doing the same thing we were doing..

Kyle and Samantha always welcomed Chase and our family into his trailer, dirt pits each week, home, bus and more.. and always super considerate and friendly towards Chase and our family.

One of our fav Moments for the boys was post a Restricted Micro Race last year. Brex Finished 1st and Chase had to start from the rear and tore through the field passing a handful of Micros finishing 4th. Kyle was so proud of both boys in their own way that night and we took a picture at the end. It was a night of celebration that we will never forget.

We are literally heartbroken over this and such a devastating loss in our race and personal world. Our world of Racing as we knew it...will never.. ever.. quite look the same for us in the weeks or years to come as there will be a hole in our race family but we will be there to support the Busch's and anything that our buddy and family needs.

Tonight we and his family because that is what he would want us to do.

Last Night’s Race recap
A-class at Millbridge Speedway 🏁

We didn’t win but we feel like we won as we finally finished our 1st A class wing Micro race at our home track of this season! 👏

Each race over the past few weeks we have had some micro issues leading to DNFs as we navigated some car issues and learning all running our own micro car for the 1st time ever. If you have ever taken the leap to owning and running your own micro car and never run one … it’s a Journey 🤯 and not for the inpatient folks like us 😂 or for the weak.

Chase learned a lot and we learned a lot!
We will keep going and growing w a driver who wants to race and learn! 💪

Friday rain out. Saturday morning also rain out so we only got one event Saturday night to make it happen.

All in all with a very strong field we had a good event. We’d like to get the heat back but just how it goes sometimes. We’re decent in the feature just needed to start further forward. Always learning and always behind on laps relative to a number of drivers, but we’re gonna give it our best regardless. On to millbridge Wednesday night back in A class.
