Today is a bittersweet day. Today is the day one chapter closes and many more start to open. I’ve been a trainer since I was 19 years old. I’ve spent more than half my life in the gym changing peoples lives. Today I say goodbye to my gym after 7 1/2 years we have closed our doors. I know better things are to come, but a tough pill to swallow. Over the years I’ve changed hundreds of people’s lives. Those 100 people have also changed my life in ways you can’t even imagine. To all those lives I’ve changed, I’ll be forever grateful to you. I know god has a plan. I will follow it.

After 7 1/2 years of kicking ass Ferox365 will not be renewing their lease and will be closing by the end of March.
I will be doing something’s out of another gym so stayed for the details.
The last 7 1/2 years have changed my life forever. It’s changed lives of many. I will always be a trainer with heart. I will always be there for anyone who needs me.
