We’ve got some GREAT prizes up for grabs, and every ticket purchased helps us continue making improvements at our fields.

Our goal is bigger than just having a place to play ball. We want to create a facility that is safe, welcoming, and accessible for everyone who comes through the gates.

Funds raised will help us work toward:

⚾ More accessible spectator viewing areas
🌤️ Additional shade/netting for spectators
🛡️ Additional safety measures around the fields
🏟️ Continued improvements to our facilities

TAF is already dreaming of spring. ⚾️💚

And dreaming of spring means there is a whole lot of work to do.

We’ve already started making plans and laying the groundwork for the months ahead. There are improvements to be made, projects to tackle, and plenty to do before our athletes take the fields again.

But we need your help to make it happen.

We did it!

Soccer officially kicked off tonight and what fun it was!

If you came by the Sportsplex tonight, you know it was a mighty busy night. Between five soccer fields running, tackle football practicing, and cheer practicing, it was a packed house.

What a blessing to co-exist in this space and share this space with so many kids, families, and organizations 📣💚⚽️🤍🏈

A first for us and what might be a first for Mooreville!

We proudly hosted a fundraiser tournament alongside our travel teams that practice at our facilities. They came, they showed out, and boy, did they show up! We can never thank our volunteers enough!

We had the best time cheering these boys on from sunup to sundown! We are so proud of our 8U Expo Select (Coach Jesus Solis) and Foundry 10U (Coach Corey Kuykendall).

Those first two images make us beam with pride, because so many of these boys have come through this very Park & Rec program.

But that last image? That’s what it’s all about!

A reminder to everyone using the concession stand and athletic facilities:

Please clean up after yourselves and leave the concession stand and surrounding areas in the condition you found them. Trash, broken equipment, and other items should not be left scattered around the facility. If something is broken or needs to be discarded, please notify someone rather than simply leaving it behind.

Parents, please also keep an eye on your kids while they are at the facility. We should not have to spend our time cleaning up after children, picking up broken items, or trying to figure out what happened to equipment that has been moved, damaged, or used without permission. Please make sure your kids understand that the concession stand, equipment, and other property are not a free for all.

And please do not move, use, or otherwise interfere with equipment that does not belong to you. Equipment is maintained at considerable expense and time, and some of it has recently been repaired. If it isn’t yours, leave it alone.

We are all volunteers trying to keep these facilities clean, functional, and available for our kids. That takes a tremendous amount of time and effort. Please respect the facility, the equipment, and the people putting in that work.

If you use it, clean it up. If you break it, report it. If it isn’t yours, leave it alone. And please watch your kids.

Not a post we expected to have to make again, but ATV’s are not to be at the Sportsplex under ANY circumstance.

We have personally watched our soccer coach work tirelessly to fix their soccer area all summer. An area that is being used to offer a soccer program for our youth as well.

To watch unsupervised children intentionally spin tires and run wide open across the field is frustrating to say the least.

It is also insanely unsafe to allow a child to run wide open in a crowded, public area.

Because of the incredible outpouring of love and support for our soccer program, TAF has chosen to give a little of that love right back.

Our community came together to sponsor FOUR sets of soccer goals and TAF is proud to sponsor the final set, which will be shared with MES and made available for students to use during PE and recess!

We’re especially excited about this because these kids deserve the opportunity to get out on the fields, play, and enjoy the spaces we’ve worked so hard to build.

This is what TAF is all about. When we share each other’s burdens, the load becomes lighter for us all. And when a community comes together, we can do so much more than we can do alone.

Thank you for helping us build something that gives back.

Ending out a late night at the Sportsplex. Some really good conversations were had here today.

Closing it down and Forrest Frank was playing from the car.

“And a big mess that I get to clean up.”

What a blessing to serve this community. Even when it’s picking up the trash.

“But most of all, one things true. Jesus, I’m grateful for You.”

By the grace of God we’re here. Can’t wait to see what’s next 💚🤍

As most of us know, Mooreville has never had a youth league soccer program, but that all changes TOMORROW!
