I understand the daunting feeling of trying to fit one more thing on your to do list. I’m a mom and my work schedule varies so being at a place for my workout at a day and time is difficult to navigate. One of the ways I’ve found time to fit exercise into my day is having my equipment out and ready to use. My air bike and weights are with in view of the laundry room. You can get an effective work out in in 15-20 minutes. Your yoga practice can be done this way too. If you need a recovery day consider a restorative or slow flow practice, but make the habit of getting into your movement space with intention. This creates a ritual, a beneficial lifetime habit.
