Had an amazing Monday night class, putting in some fun rounds to celebrate some of the guys' birthdays! No better way to start the week. Come out and see us on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and see what the smiles are all about.

We are happy to announce that starting September, we will be having open mats on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 10 am to 12 pm.
Keep an eye out for our new schedule with additional classes.

Three for three! Big shout-out to Fernando for hitting a personal best this week by attending every single class. What a way to go out! We're celebrating this achievement and wishing him all the best as he takes his talents to UNC Chapel Hill.

Felt the good vibes last night! Thanks to our dedicated crew for an incredible Jiu-Jitsu class. You guys make this place special. Looking forward to seeing you back on the mats on Wednesday at 6:30 pm!

Jd Smith's visit was a real hit! Everyone got a lot out of the instruction and enjoyed the rolls. Can't wait for the next one!
