I teach Baby & Me Yoga at Be Well. on Fridays at 11:15am. This class is all about finding time for yourself with baby in tow. Pre-crawling babies love the movement and massage, moms love getting back in touch with their body after giving birth and bonding with baby. We take the class at your pace - you are welcome to feed and change diapers as we go.

Midweek reset, anyone? 🧘‍♀️

Join me for 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗮𝘀𝗮 every Wednesday at 12pm at Be Well. This class is truly open to everyone—𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱. I meet the students who show up, and we move at a pace that works for the whole room. You’ll always have options to 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 based on how you feel that day.
