Fitness started as accountability for 𝐌𝐄.

It gave me structure.
It helped my mental health.
It gave me somewhere to put my energy.
It helped me take better care of myself.

Then I opened a fitness studio.

And somewhere between running the business and teaching everyone else, I started losing some of my own accountability.

That has been an interesting thing to admit.

I used to think growing meant more.

More classes.
More people.
More instructors.
More hours.

Owning a studio taught me something different.

Sometimes growth is figuring out what you actually want to keep doing and having the guts to build around THAT.

This was all in the closet! Now it's officially out of the studio. Things are clearing out and taking shape. 2FAB's new home is going to be bigger and more fabulous than ever.

Opening my own studio was a huge step.

It also changed the equation.

Suddenly there was rent. Utilities. Insurance. Payroll. Empty hours. Classes that needed filled.

Something I started from passion now had to financially support a physical space.

And I learned there’s a big difference between loving what you do and loving the business model required to do it.

Opening in October, Streak Haven Collective will be a collaborative space bringing together wellness, movement, education, and community-driven businesses. The co-working and studio hub will provide a place for wellness professionals and local business owners to work, connect, host workshops, and serve their clients, while giving community members a place to discover new services, classes, and opportunities for wellness and personal growth.

I’m scaling back my fitness schedule.

But I’m not shrinking.

Actually, quite the opposite.

I’m getting back to the part of 2FAB I never wanted to lose.

Great classes.
A safe place.
Accountability.
Community.
Movement that feels good.
People who actually know your name.

And I’m making room for something much bigger to grow around it.
