Great leaders don't create followers they create thinkers.

When you're leading a team, it can be tempting to give people the answer. It's faster. It's easier. And in the moment, it feels more efficient.

Questions challenge people to think critically, solve problems, and build confidence in their own abilities.

They create ownership instead of dependency. They develop future leaders instead of employees who are always waiting for instructions.
