Tomorrow mornings practice will be at Nassau Swim Club from 8-10. This practice will be available for silver plus and gold. We will make the call on the afternoon practice times/location (available to all groups) tomorrow. Please continue to check your emails for updates.

We are moving morning practice Monday 6/22 to Nassau Swim Club. Practice will still be 6am-7:30am in the morning. Coach Lauren and Erica will be running practice in the morning.

Due to the on going heavy rain and severe weather that is expected this evening, there will be no practice tonight (6/17). Please let me know if you if you have any questions!
