The Lady Blackhawks had the opportunity to visit Coach Blalock’s old stomping grounds this past weekend to support the Lady Cardinals against Eastern Michigan. The girls were on the big screen and got to play “Name That Tune!” 🎶 (Aside from basketball, they are pro singers 🤣, so you know they got it right!)
We had a fun day of family and basketball! 🏀🖤💛🤍❤️

The Lady Blackhawks traveled to Madison-Grant Saturday evening for a JV and Varsity contest. The JV ladies battled through a physical game, eventually falling to the Lady Argylls 37-33. Kenadee Coffey led the Blackhawks in scoring with 10 points.

The Varsity ladies also played a very physical and aggressive game. The score was tight through the entire contest, with your Lady Blackhawks coming out on top, 39-33. Delanee Gillespie led in scoring with 15 points and 3 rebounds. Savannah Hall had another double-double for the week; scoring 12 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. She also added 2 assists and 2 steals. Corah Wright grabbed 8 boards. Alyssa Stevens was all over the court, scoring 3 points while adding 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Savanna Bowling added 4 points and 6 rebounds. Abby Campbell chipped in 2 points to finish off the scoring for the Lady Blackhawks.

You can catch them back in action tomorrow evening at HOME against Randolph Southern. JV tips at 6pm with Varsity to follow. 🏀🖤💛
