The way I get an Epiphany every day about the Laban/Bartenieff work... today is Push and Pull and Space in the Joints...seems like Space is the theme of my Year...heheheeh ...LOVE IT!!!

Last night I had a masterclass in Boundary Setting from my dog. We laughed for hours after, just because it was so clear and precise. And the change of action from the other baby was immediate and without confusion. And I can't help but think of Labans' Effort and Phrasing and how humans have just complicated everything with "Psychology" and that maybe the western psychology model is designed to keep us in mind traps. Maybe we must all study movement more... But that's the Conspiracy Theorist in me. It really is ALL in MOVEMENT!! Animals and their Effort Phrasing Fascinate me.
