Hey everyone! Just wanted to clear up some confusion. 😊 Practices will not be at 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM every day. We’ll have 6:00 AM practices until school starts, and then we’ll switch to after-school practices once school begins.

The midnight practice is just for our first practice. Sorry for any confusion!

🏃‍♀️ Welcome to the JC Cross Country Season! 🏃‍♂️

Hello, everyone! I’m excited for the Cross Country season!

Our first practice will be Monday, August 10th.

Practice Times:
🌙 High School: 12:00 AM (Midnight)
☀️ Junior High: 6:00 AM

We want to make practice as flexible as possible:

* Junior high athletes are welcome to attend the midnight practice if they prefer.
* High school athletes are also welcome to attend the 6:00 AM practice if that works better for them.

Please note: Athletes who attend the midnight practice on Monday do not need to attend practice on Tuesday morning.

This page will be used throughout the season to share practice updates, meet information, photos, results, and other fun moments from our team. Parents, family members, and friends are encouraged to follow along and support our athletes!

I’m looking forward to an awesome season and can’t wait to get started.
