🎯 NOW HIRING – Pro Shop Assistant

The Box Pro Shop is looking for a part-time Pro Shop Assistant (entry level/support) to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bowling and wants to learn the pro shop side of the game, with the potential to grow into a ball driller.

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Assist with plugging and surfacing bowling balls
• Remove/install finger inserts and grips
• Help create social media content
• Operate point of sale (checkout)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

📚 What You’ll Learn:
• Ball maintenance (surface adjustments, plugging basics)
• Pro shop workflow and customer service
• Hands-on experience working with bowling equipment

💰 Pay & Perks:
• Starting pay: $9–$10/hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity to grow into a ball driller role
• Employee discounts on drilling, surfacing, and plug work

⏰ Schedule:
• 6–9 hours per week
• Shifts typically:
Mon / Tues / Fri: 3pm–7pm
Saturday: 8am–11am

✅ Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of bowling equipment
• Basic math skills
• Understanding of color theory (for layouts/design)
• Reliable and willing to learn
