Our softball family is heartbroken.

Today, we mourn the loss of Corey Spinner, the loving father of one of our own, sweet Livia.

There are simply no words for a loss this devastating, and our hearts are especially heavy for Livia, her brother, and their entire family as they face an unimaginable time of grief.

In moments like these, we are reminded that being part of a team is so much more than the game we play. We are a family, and we stand together.

To Livia and her family, please know we are all here to support you with strength, love, and prayers.

The game is still filled with failure and it's extremely hard and it's so awesome!

You see the frustrations on athletes faces along with the disappointments...

When you sign up to play this sport, know that you're in a mental battle every game, practice or rep, accept it and embrace the adversity. Get comfortable being uncomfortable!!!

No time for quitting, zero place for it if you're a true competitor, your TEAMMATES are counting on you, now toughen up and LOCK IN!!
