Feature: 9th ➡️ DNF
Started 9th out of a 22-car field. About 3 laps in, a car ran over his right rear, causing some damage and knocking the chain off, unfortunately ending his night early. 👎🏼

Mack did pick up another heat race win, so something positive came out of the weekend!
Be back this weekend at I-44 Speedway. 🏁

The end of September was good to Mack! 🏁🧡 He picked up his first Jr Sprint heat race win AND his first feature podium at Port City! 🥇🥉

We got rained out yesterday and today, but he will be back at it this Friday and Saturday at Port City Raceway! 🏁

Showing up every weekend to learn, improve, and compete against some of the best Jr Sprint drivers out there is starting to pay off. He still has his questionable moments, but we try to remember he’s only 6, and it’s all going to come with time and experience. He’s learning, growing, and getting a little better every weekend!💙

18 Jr. Sprints at Port City tonight! 🏁

Heat: DNS
The wire to the battery was cut in two, so the car wouldn’t start in staging. 👎🏼

Feature: 18th ➡️ DNF

Starting last after the DNS in his heat, Mack worked his way all the way up to 9th before his chain broke, ending his night! He was definitely bummed, but he gets another chance at it tomorrow!

Took the kart to Port City last night! 🏁

Heat: 4th ➡️ 3rd

He was a little tight through the corners, so made some adjustments going into the feature.

Feature: 5th ➡️ 2nd

Mack is getting better at hitting his marks and did a great job working his way through traffic. By the time he got through the traffic, the leader had gotten too far out front to catch. A caution probably would’ve given him a shot at getting it done!

Tonight, he’ll hop back in the Jr Sprint at Port City after being out of it for a month! 🏁

Mack drove his tail off tonight and picked up the Junior 2 win! 🏁 Next race: Port City next Friday in the kart! 🏁
