Coming from someone with multiple chronic illnesses emerging from puberty and showing up at various stages in my life, I have definitely learned from a young age that YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.

Hello everyone! 👋🏼 My name is Kyla or Ky! Some of you may recognize me from my time working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at the hospital. I've recently transitioned into offering 1-on-1 personal training here at Muskogee Fit and Checotah Fitclub and I’m excited to start working with people who want more guidance and accountability.

I also offer Hybrid and Online Training options, which includes access to a training app that allows you to follow your plan, watch exercise videos, track macros and metrics, and receive 24/7 support from me to help keep you accountable between sessions.

My approach combines principles from physical therapy with practical strength training to help people build bodies that are capable, pain-free, and sustainable for everyday life.

I believe that:
• Progress comes from consistency, not extremes
• Movement should be intentional and functional
• Education empowers people to take ownership of their health
• Fitness should adapt to real life, not the other way around
• Strength and resilience are built one small habit at a time

Whether you’re recovering from past injuries, starting from scratch, or looking to move and feel better, the focus is on building a body that supports you for the long run — physically and mentally.

This is a season I’m still walking through, not something that’s perfectly “after.”

I’m currently putting in the work to rebuild my strength, my energy, and my confidence. And being in this process has reminded me just how real life can impact our bodies, our motivation, and our capacity.

That’s the perspective I bring to my clients. You’re not getting a coach who expects perfection. You’re getting someone who’s genuine, understands real life, and truly cares about helping you improve your quality of life, not just your workouts.
