Namaste! Gentle reminder that there will NOT be a Yoga in the Park session this morning at Nance Plaza.

But don’t roll up those mats for too long — we’ll be back next Sunday, July 6 at 10 AM!

Join us for an energizing all-levels class under the sky. 🌞

Remember to bring a mat, water, blocks, and anything else to support yoga flow.
