When you’re wanting to do something difficult, it helps to start with smaller pieces.
That goes for yoga poses and even things we face in life. Most people aren’t going to be really good at something hard the very first time they try it. Instead they’re going to start with baby steps and keep building the blocks needed.
It doesn’t matter how little the steps are. What matters is putting in the effort.
Then with time it gets a little easier and you can add on.
Then before you know it, you’re doing more than you thought was possible.
And you keep going, moving to the next milestone. Because that’s what we do, we move the bar once we’ve reached it. We don’t just stop at the first bar. We keep going.
We keep trying new things. We keep challenging ourselves. We keep discovering new possibilities.
If that sounds like you then you’ve found the right community. ☺️
