MBII Pool and Racquet Club

As the pool season comes to a close, we would like to announce the conclusion of terms for three board members. Each year, we experience a turnover of three positions. However, similar to previous years, we are facing challenges in recruiting new members for the board. Therefore, the Board is considering the possibility of engaging third-party management companies to oversee the pool operations.

What an amazing season it has been, everyone! A huge shoutout to our incredible manager and guards – you are the heart of our pool, and we couldn’t have opened without your dedication!

A big thank you to our fantastic Board members for their relentless efforts in keeping everything running smoothly. Special appreciation goes to Megan Martin (3) and Derek Wilkinson (5) for their outstanding years of service to our pool – you’ve truly made a splash in our community! Their presence will be missed on the Board.

And of course, to all our wonderful members, thank you for bringing your energy and joy to the pool. You’ve made this season unforgettable! Here’s to more fun and laughter in the sun! We look forward to seeing you next season.

I just wanted to take a quick dip back into our conversation about personal hygiene—specifically, the sink situation. 😅 You know, while I admire the creative thinking of our fellow partygoer, I must remind everyone that using the sink for washing yourself is not just a little off-course; it’s a no-go zone for sanitation! 🚫🧼

Imagine the soap scum and leftover toothpaste getting cozy with your favorite shampoo. Yikes! 😳 Sinks are like the VIP lounge for your hands, not the shower spa for your whole body.

So, here’s a friendly reminder: our showers are not just a suggestion—they’re the main event! They have great water pressure and fabulous ambiance. Go ahead and strut your stuff in there!

Let’s keep our sinks for handwashing and our showers for, well, showering! It should go without saying, but apparently, it needs saying.
