Until recently it’s been 25 years since I’ve seriously thrown & drilled kicks - I was 17 last. I’m having a blast rediscovering my passions and digging the process of sharpening up all my fighting tools; and doing things I’ve never done, like consistent heavy bag kicking & shin conditioning.
