It's November! That means Tuesdays 7:30pm silks class with me is now available. Come fly with me!

Hey everyone! August classes are up! You may notice that I now have Monday night classes available in August.

Intro to Aerial Fabrics is perfect for someone who is entirely new to aerial and has no experience. We will have both silks and slings for you to bounce between and feel the differences in both fabrics. It's a nice class to dip your toes into the world of aerial.

Open level aerial silks is for anyone to come into to play with the silks. Whether you have no experience or a lot of experience, we will have something for you to learn. This class is also good for those are want extra practice smoothing out what they've already learned.

❤️ Mommy&Me: For all of my moms, dad-moms, mother figures who want to have their child try aerial silks with them but haven't had a chance to because Flight Flex Fitness doesn't have a kids class. Now is the time to try! Child must be 6+ years of age.

🧡 Doubles Silks: Create some cool shapes with a partner! Signing up with a partner is not required.

💛 Silks Flow-reo: Let's explore ways to add an element of dance with and without the silks.
