Calling all Tap newbies! Whether you Tap danced as a child or just starting your journey as an Adult. This is a beginner class OR a great "Refresh" class for those getting back into the grove!

I will start you off slowly in this class. Covering all the "basic" steps & vocabulary. All you will need are tap shoes and a small hard surface and your computer ;) Held Saturdays @10:15AM EST (9/23) & Tuesdays at 6PM EST (9/26)


Each class includes a Tap warm-up using a chair or countertop for balance; "center work" that puts movements together working on muscle memory and finally, a small combination to music.
Tap Dance is a wonderful form of exercise both physically and mentally! This is a low impact class, focusing on technique, coordination, balance, memory and rhythm. Come join the fun!



Looking for a fun workout for your body and brain?!! Try TAP dancing!!! Tap dance is a great and fun form of cardiovascular exercise for ALL AGES!
Tap helps to improve your balance, posture coordination, memory, mood, and boost self esteem!
