Making Moves!!! We are people helping people gain HEALTH with nutrition and healthy motion!

Here is my progress update: The beginning, the middle and the now. I’m holding the loss of 76 pounds‼️

Contempt prior to investigation…that was me.

I did not want anything to do with any kind of program. My amazing Mom tried to tell about it for the longest time.

I finally put all my doubts down and went for it. How grateful that I did!

Success is not always a straight line as I thought. Right now? I’m recovering from the car accident and feeling better by the day. I know unhealthy food is not comfort but more pain and inflammation today. 🤣 

The biggest joy is getting to see my sisters and brothers getting this and loving life even more than they did before. For me, that is everything!  I’m just honored & grateful to carry this gift to others.

From size 26 to 8-10 kinda blows me away!!!! 151 pounds lost total!!!! So thankful I took the leap!!! 💗☀️
