Before I found this program I had experienced childhood obesity, 5x 👶, years of intense stress 🆘, continuely🔄 pushed even my basic needs LAST.😭

🔄I tried Lap-Band surgery lost 50lb (then 3 pregnancies brought ALL the weight+) 5yrs later⬇
🔄 Bootcamp fitness (couldnt maintain rigorous schedule away from family)
🔄Certified nutrition counseling ect ect...
All that over 2 Years and I lost 10lbs & became Extremely 😰😔😤

Then...I pushed thru doubt,😳fear of failure,skepticism and jumped in.
Now I have experienced,
✔ Consistant, transformational weightloss
✔50lbs ⬇ and going!!
✔ Simple tools for longterm maintance
✔ Personal coaches that support&challenge me
✔ Amazing group community that shares life changing testimonies
✔ Unfiltered Hope that I will NEVER be Stuck unhealthy and can offer this hope to all that struggle


Mindset is everything!!! How can you improve your mindset in 2023?

Do you ever look back at old pics and see the confidence change? And realize how much you've changed, it's so much more then the physical... It's about more then the weight you lose, it truly is about the life you gain..
I hear all the time, " you look so happy now"
I wasn't unhappy with my life before.. but to be honest I didn't like myself much.. I gave up when I stumbled, made every excuse in the book, and flat out lied to myself.. I didnt have any structure to follow so I often times felt overwhelmed and lost. And I didnt have a plan for when I reached my goal.. this program checkes all those boxes.
Success starts with mindset and a plan! When you stick with the plan, success follows.
So excited to see where 2023 takes me!


One year ago, I made the decision to take back my health! My wife started on her weightloss journey a week prior to me and I decided to jump on board and I'm so glad I did! I started at 296lbs and dropped all the way down to 206lbs for a remarkable loss of 90lbs! Currently I weigh in at 215lbs where I am able to utilize the Habits of Health and tools taught to me to not only maintain my weight, but improve my physical condition!!!!

Here are some of my NSV's I'm celebrating today since losing all this unwanted weight:

💥More energy
💥Able to workout easier because of the decrease in pressure on my joints
💥More confident taking my shirt off
💥Feel sexy again
💥Can shop at my favorite stores again
💥Happy with form fitting clothes (no more hiding myself behind big and tall section)
💥Dropped from a 2XL Tall shirt to a Medium/Large
💥Dropped from a 42 waist to a 34 waist (haven't been in pants this size since High School)
💥Love the summer heat again now that I have less body fat
💥Better sleep
💥Sit more comfortably sandwiched between others now that I take up less space
💥Better relation with food as FUEL
💥Feel like I can grow my beard for fun instead of using it as a tool to hide my face
💥No longer need to tell myself the lie that "I am just big b***d."

I'm so glad I was introduced to this program!
When I started this program I was wearing a size 14/16 and always wore baggy/dark clothes to hide as much of my body as possible.
Now, I can comfortably fit in a size 5/6 and sm/med tops!
It hasn't been JUST about the weight I've lost, but the things I've gained through this process! I have so much more energy and sleep better than ever now. I have gained a whole new level of self confidence and can finally feel comfortable in my own skin!

A really really great day starts the night before when you choose to go to bed at the best time for you to get a great 8 hours of sleep!!


People who do not sleep well are 5 times more likely to get a virus! Did you also know that you should go to bed and get up at the same time every day feeling rested?


7 to 9 hours of sleep is critical for a productive and healthy day!!!

-8 hours before sleep quit coffee
-5 hours before quit all caffeine
- 4 hours before quit exercise
-3 hours before quit alcohol and heavy meals
-2 hours before quit working and serious conversations
-1 hour before quit digital screens


My client was over the moon thrilled that she maintained her weight after an amazing vacation with her husband, sister and brother in law!

It is extremely important to eliminate all light sources in your bedroom to get more restful sleep!

We decided to do this for ourselves and each other! We now get to make an impact in others lives and live our best life! We are so thankful for this program and what it has done for us!


Back in December 2021, I was praying and wishing for a solution to my weight problem. I gained over 50 lbs during pregnancy and had not lost the weight for over 2 & 1/2 years!!
I saw my coach posting her transformation story after having her baby in the fall and by January she was back to her normal weight in a bikini on the beach! Here I was 2 & 1/2 years later still at pregnancy weight. I finally reached out to her at the end of January to find out her secret.
I took action in February and can you believe in 9 months I lost 100 lbs?!?
I feel so good inside and out!
I have a better quality of life because of this program.

My goals were the following:
1)Be comfortable to do fun things with my toddler daughter!
2)Be in pictures with her!

This summer I was able to go down so many slides at parks with her and it’s the best feeling ever!


As I stay teachable and open for learning and growing, I experience a life full of wonder and anticipation!!!

I know what it is like to be a need, and I know what it is like to have plenty, I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through HIM who gives me strength! “

Committing to change is difficult and scary but when you do you find that your world changes not because the world itself changes, but because you begin to transform in your mind and in your body. I was exhausted and I played the dieting game better than anyone I knew. Reclaiming my health has been a process and I am thankful for the work I have had to do to get here and for what I have learned during the process.

Motion is good for our bodies as well as our minds and emotions! I Encouraging you to get out and do some type of motion that you enjoy! We love walking the beach!!!


Keep your eyes focused on your creator, and all his goodness and meditate on all the good he has for you…… Especially how deeply loved you are by him because the scripture says… “ perfect love casts out all fear!” As well as…
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! (‭‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭26‬‬:‭3‬ ‭NLT‬‬)


Stay in structure and eat something small and nutritious every 2 1/2 to 3 hours… Drink a glass of water before every meal and especially a Christmas party or a gathering… eat vegetables, shrimp, cocktail, and healthy meats at Christmas parties… Make sure you do not show up to a Christmas gathering or a party hungry or you are more than likely apt to overheat!


I have always thought that if I “KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS” they will soften and be less toxic…. Not at all!!! I have found out the kinder. I am in the more I try the more worn out I get! I just need to keep my distance and allow their life to be their education.


Working out lifting weights is one of my favorite choices for Healthy Motion!
