Little Minnow Swim School

Welcome to Little Minnow Swim School! I am Micheale, your traveling swim instructor. I focus on water safety and getting your little one to love being in the water. Each lesson is designed for your child's individual needs. If you have a kid with a short attention span, no problem! We can find the right style for their individual needs. Living in Southwest Florida most of my life, teaching water safety and drowning prevention have always been important to me. When you learn how to walk, you need to know how to safely get to the side and back to the steps.

I teach swim year-round. I can come to your pool, or you can come to mine. I have a saltwater pool that we can use in the 34120-zip code. We swim rain or shine, but not if lightening is present within 15 miles.

Like anything you learn, PRACTICE IS VITAL!! While I do have motions for your child to practice outside of the pool; if you do not have time to get your child in the pool other than swim class, it will take longer for them to catch on. My schedule does have a few openings for 15min lessons a few times a week in my pool. If you have a rotating schedule for your work and want to get lessons in, sometimes there is flexibility to pick dates that you have your lessons. Are you traveling on vacation? Do you want to immerse your little one in the pool while you are visiting Naples, I do daily lessons as well.
