The gyms and dance studios are reopening, and the outdoors is beckoning.

While still a great option, online fitness classes are no longer our only option.

To give you flexibility, I’ll be offering my online Zoomba classes on alternate Saturdays in May. If the date is an odd number, we’ll dance together.

Classes will be May 15th and 29th
at 11:45am eastern / 8:45am pacific.

NO CLASS May 8th!!

So, every now and then I like to highlight some of my favorite brands and products. One of them is novica.com. This website helps female srtidans around the world become entrepreneurs and sell their products. They have jewelry, clothing, and all sorts of interesting art pieces. This pair of earrings was made by Nareerat, in Thailand. Along with the earrings, she sent me a personal note on a postcard from her hometown, and explained the thought process that goes into making her jewelry.

I wanna dance with somebody, but not this week.

Who would have thought when we posed for this photo at the end of Zumba class one year ago today that it would be the last time we’d dance together in the same room?

But the thing about dancers is, we’re resilient. We find a way to keep on grooving. No pandemic can keep us down.

Where were you one year ago today?

On this day in 2019, I started my morning with a holiday themed silks class, taking advantage of my membership to Classpass by trying a new studio.

Looking forward to next year when we will be able to dance together again.
