This is such a great lesson that utilizes the Lag Shot Junior. Watch as Golf Instructor Ian Mellor works with a junior golfer to strengthen his backswing.
The flex shaft and weighted club head add an extra element of resistance, which will help to strengthen the wrists and forearms. Additionally, this same weight makes it VERY uncomfortable when a junior is leaving the face open or closed. This helps guide them to a square face.

A common mistake that is made when chipping is using all wrist motion to move the club. The most consistent way to chip is to use the chest & shoulder rotation to move the club.
