Придържам се към така познатия на повечето от вас 80 / 20 начин на хранене > Включвам и голяма доза движение във всеки един ден и това е , формулата е готова .

NUTS ISLAND 🏝
These goodies can be make with any type of nuts and they are perfect for grab-and-go breakfast, , dessert or afternoon snack !!!
Method:
1 - St mixing bowl
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup coconut / almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Walnuts
30 gr Flax Seeds
1/2 cup Stevia
2nd mixing bowl
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Any type of milk
1 tsp Vanila Extract
1/3 cup coconut oil / sunflower oil
1 tbsp Apple Sider Vinegar (will activate the baking agents / you can sub with lemon juice or white vinegar
Then mix everything together and place on a baking pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and some almond flakes.
Bake - 375 F (180 C )for 40 min ( keep an eye on after 30 min just in case)

Homemade Bounty 🥥
These are the perfect thing to prep for treats for the week ahead and it will take you only 15 min .
What to do :
In a big mixing bowl combine:
* 2,3 cups coconut flakes
* 1 cup coconut flour ( will help to hold the balls together)
* 1/4 milk
* 3/4 cup sweetener of choice
* 2 tbsp coconut oil
Wet your hands and form a small balls and lightly press over. Place them on a sheet and freeze for 10 min .
In between melt your chocolate and then quickly deep each ball into the texture. Repeat until each one is completely covered and refrigerate until firm 🤤😋

~1 egg + 1 egg white
~40 gr. Oat flour
( already premixed with
~3tsp baking powder)

~3tsp Flaxseed
(If the texture is not creamy enough add a little bit of milk/water )
~Mix well
~Heat your pan over medium heat
~Scoop the mixture
~Brown on both sides and add your fav toppings
