Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest member of the – Halley Geist!
After earning her Bachelor’s of Arts in Graphic Design, and Bachelor’s of Journalism in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Halley entered the design world to explore her passion for digital design to generate innovative concepts as well as put her computational and creative problem-solving skills to work.
Halley was born in Rapid City, SD but grew up an Air Force brat moving across the country before she landed in Anacortes, WA where she graduated high school. This is where she first got involved with Eat the Frog Fitness, participating in group workouts.
In Halley's position as the Video Production Manager she is responsible for:
- Building and supporting the video production team
- Creating and managing workout production, including workout library and animations
- Content upload management
She now lives in Pensacola, FL with her fiancé Henry. Halley is also a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and in her free time she enjoys exploring state parks, visiting local art galleries, and exercising.

Effective routines help reduce stress and lead to better mental health. Routines like your sleep schedule and bedtime habits affect your mental acuity, emotional well-being, and energy. Here are some exercises to protect and strengthen your heart:
• Cycling strengthens your heart muscles, lowers resting pulse, and reduces blood fat levels.
• HIIT workouts boost your cardiovascular fitness faster by working harder instead of longer.
• Rowing boosts your heart by working hard to transport more blood to your body.
• TRX not only improves your muscle strength but also your cardiovascular endurance.
• Squats increase arterial blood pressure, cardiac output, and “central blood volume”.
• Lifting increases lean muscle mass and results in less pressure on your arteries.
