This mushroom stroganoff is a creamy, hearty dinner. Chock full of healthy wholesome ingredients, this dish is extremely satisfying. The mushroom sauce is gluten free, dairy free, and ready in only 25 minutes.

Studies have shown a correlation between artificial sweeteners (NNS) and a change in gut microbiota. The study revealed that NNS increased the proportion of bacteria which extract nutrients from the food we eat, leading to increased calorie absorption. This could lead to obesity. It has been shown that when we eat foods sweetened with NNS, we still get a spike in insulin, as our bodies prepare for a load of sugar. This uptick in insulin, without the actual sugars to use the insulin, can lead to sweet cravings and over-eating. Perhaps it's best to indulge consciously, with real cane sugar or coconut sugar, and leave the Sweet n' Low at the store.
Most people get vitamin D through exposure to sunlight, but you can also consume vitamin D through food.
Though your options are fairly limited---- cod liver oil, sardines, salmon, and milk----EGGS are among the best (and few) dietary sources of this immune-boosting vitamin.

Why I Started SharkFit: To get back into shape
What I love most about SharkFit: The sense of community and types of workouts. So much better than a bodybuilding split.
Favorite Movement: Back squats and dumbbell snatches
If you're struggling with feeling hungry or unsatisfied in your fat loss journey, try focusing on high-volume foods to fill your stomach! For example, with breakfast have a big bowl of berries or watermelon with your toast or oatmeal. For lunch, try to incorporate a tasty micronutrient rich salad with your sandwich. With your dinner, chuck in loads of broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, and riced cauliflower into your favorite legume-based pasta dish. This will keep you feeling full all day while boosting your vitamin and mineral intake!
