HAPPY CLASSIC WEEK!!!!!

As part of the Shark Bite Classic, we are asking for donations for the doctors and nurses at Lee Health. They've been through a lot this past year and are putting in endless hours. We can help by keeping them fed!

If you are able to pick up some extra items while you are doing your shopping this week, that would be amazing!! It is not required in any way, but if possible, all of us at Shark Bite can make a HUGE impact.

You can bring them to the gym and we will make sure they get brought to Cape Coral to be donated. If you have any questions, feel free to drop them below! :)

Super easy and delicious CARROT CAKE Baked Oats!

Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2/3 cup of milk (plant based as desired)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt
3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 cup of shredded carrot
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts

If you find yourself mindlessly reaching for the chips or jelly beans at work, try pre-portioning your snacks in a fun container, like a bento box!

I like to fill mine with deconstructed ants on a log, Alyssa's Healthy Vegan Bite Cookies, 2 hard-boiled eggs with a little mustard for dipping (don't hate on it until you try it!), and apple sauce.

You can fill it with whatever healthy snacks you love.

The point is, you can snack throughout the day, but you already know how many calories you are consuming!

Give it a go!
