This one is so simple, but so effective can add ankle weights for more resistance. Great to do while you’re waiting for your morning tea or coffee to be made.
Cold banana dessert
1/2 banana
2 dates
4 strawberries (can use any fruit) just eyeball it.
2 tablespoon of whip cream
1. Soak your dates in a little bit of water to soften them.
2. Mash the banana and fruit in a bowl.
3. Once your dates are soften, mash them in with the banana and fruit
4. Stir 2 tablespoon of whip cream.
5. Freeze for one hour. And ENJOY!
Strong core, to help with balance, and stability.
