If you never kick a soccer ball, or has zero previous experience your 2 best coaches should be "fut-voley", and "the wall", instead of shooting and shooting. Once you learn the technique, then add speed, you will see the difference in couple months. Be consistent, perhaps one day you can beat 🤣... See you at the soccer fields mis guerreros 👉🏽♟️🚀

10 years ago I was just driving on my way to Coaching at AMU, and saw 4 stadium lights in a High School field. It was very dark, and foggy outside but something told me just make the turn Coach. It was a soccer game, a High School girls soccer game. Almost no one at the stands, but i talked to the High School AD. I actually never coached HS before but since at that time I had time, and wasn't looking for money, I told him that I could helped him out with the boys program. Next day I was signing papers, and 1 week after we had tryouts. That School had never won nothing, and I could tell on tryouts the upper classmen just wanted to chill, and have fun. Oh well if I was going to give my time to this away from my family, and wasn't going to get pay, atleast I wanted to make a difference on this young man. 2 weeks after the final varsity list came out with only 1 junior, and 2 seniors (1 actually tore his ACL on trials, so season was over for him during that 2011-12).
I still remember the 1st game of the season, and my AD running to me because he saw all my "Lil freshmans" on the field - they will get kill Coach he told me. And I said "calm down, mentally they are tougher than your seniors, they are hungry lions, just sit and enjoy". Game ended 2-2, after that we lost 5 games on a row... but the final record was 13-5-4, and yes we only lost again once, and it was in the Final. 10 years later, most of those boys played college, some become State champions, and most of them I still have them on my social media, and we talk from time to time. What a team!!! ... well 10 years later, and while the circumstances are different now for me, I told my family I'm not coaching club anymore (I don't believe on their principles as humans), but with all crazyness I see outside, I think my only way to contribute to society is by coaching. And a High School, for a short season, I will do it. So my FB friends let me know if you know any HS program in SW Florida that is ready for 🚀🔥👈🏽, for the right program I will consider to bring the "magic water" 🤣🙌

Forget about any of those trophies you lift as a young player, or an money any one can offer you to sign. Let me tell you that second your mom, dad, grandparents, brothers, etc are on the other side of the TV cheering on you while you debut on the 1st team, that's the day that you finally MADE it. That's the trophy you want to lift my dear young players, and there's no money that can be more than that. Quite simple my potrillos 👌🏽 always play your heart for your family, stay focus, stay hungry, make the difference everyday, and let your angels do the rest # C.A.P.O.

Happy GK day to all the Goalkeepers I had the chance to work with on the green rectangle. I always think you guys had to be somehow crazy 🤪 but my respect for you was always earned by your dedication, and leadership. One in the pro's, and the other one would be the 1st young gk coming soon in Orlando City, already training with the Pro team at age 12. I'm super proud of both of you for what you do on the field, but it amaze me what you do outside of it 🚀🔥👈🏽
