My name is Sydney Van Dreason, and I am the new Content Coordinator for Palm Living. This neighborhood magazine is a monthly family-friendly and resident-focused publication that includes many resources to connect with your community. I love getting to know different residents and being able to share their stories. Each community member has an interesting and unique story that is a privilege to write about. Our publication reaches the following six communities/neighborhoods:

We are currently looking for residents and families to feature in upcoming issues! Along with an article, you also have the opportunity to meet with our wonderful photographer for a complimentary photoshoot that will be used for the cover of the magazine.

Our pricing includes providing a picture window lanai, deluxe travertine lanai flooring, and integrated smartphone controls for heater and customized colored pool/spa lighting!
Our summer kitchens can be customized for any budget with a wide variety of options to enhance your outdoor living experience! We feature 100% stainless steel Blaze Grills and Refrigerators that come with a lifetime guarantee with our summer kitchens!
3) Topping off our outdoor services includes our professional driveway cleaning and sealing offering (from $600.00 for a 2- car garage driveway/walkway and $800.00 for a 3-car garage driveway/walkway to prevent mold and mildew as well as enhancing your paver and brick work!
