I saw this ancient yet so TRUE quote the other day on a beautiful friend of mine’s IG page @amyramsey_ 💜 Who by the way I met a year ago here on IG and instantly connected ✨ She is another absolutely beautiful soul who inspires on the daily.

Anywhoo… it really made me think…

This statement is SO powerful & true yet you or I still will think gosh maybe it is better to have X or to look X or whatever X BUT how do you know that other “thing” is truly happy or healthy or REAL???

It destroys our mental & physical health. Literally.

So I’m reminding YOU NOW. Use what you have & water it daily with love, self pep talks, eating healthy foods, moving daily…doing things you LOVE 💜 Laughing!!!!

I promise ya… your grass is gonna be Greener🌱🌱

Just like anything else, getting started is the hard part but once you feel it grow you will keep going 🦋

It’s a new month & 1/2 way through 2022 😆
I decided to share 5 new things about me that are not related to food or fitness 🥰 for any new followers this year.

💜I am 43 years old. Some days my mind & joints feel that but honestly I still feel 23 only a much more mature & wiser version 😉
💜I LOVE living in Naples Fl. The bright blue water, the fluffiest clouds & the most vibrant colors in nature. I am Originally from Maryland. The bright warm weather is literally a mood changer for me. I have loved Here for 18 years
💜 I truly have a 6th sense of feeling the energy of others. A strong sense of intuition & listening. It’s one of my super powers ⚡️ (One of the reasons I’m so connected to all my clients 🤍)
💜 I grew up dancing so I have a built in competitive switch. I have had to learn to control that as I have gotten older & especially when I was diagnosed with Addisons disease. Don’t get me wrong… I can get loud when it comes to a game of Uno with the fam 😂 but physically I have had to change that and it definitely was not easy.
💜 Last, I LOVE to sweat. I love to sweat when working out. My favorite sweat is when I’m on my mat. Yoga mat. Yoga is a physical sweat but it is more of an emotion. My grounding. Sweating through powerful meaningful poses that speak to me in my life are the best sweat. During the toughest times in my life my yoga sweat has saved me. It reminds me I can walk through any firing flames and survive on the other side.

“Be Yourself. Who else can you be?
It takes less effort & energy to be yourself, BUT it also takes courage.”

All my expressions here are definitely my real authentic self.
From just needing to sit alone in deep thoughts or laughing hysterically loud because I can be dramatic 😆 to just being content.

One rule in the diva zone (my studio) between myself & ALL my clients is:
We share what’s going on. Our true authentic selves.
Good or Terrible. Joyful or Sad.
It let’s each of us know we are human & ALL of us has or are going through a battle or struggle.
I believe as we get older we feel more confident to live authentically.

So if you feel like you haven’t been then know it is OKAY to make the shift at anytime.
The more you do it the easier it gets 💟

😂 Great Question 🤣

No but seriously… it really is what you eat & what you don’t eat and a few other ingredients to help slim down your waist line.

Sometimes it could just be one simple change.
The biggest request I get when it comes to new exercises is one for “Abs”

Doing core workouts are definitely great for getting your core & back stronger and definitely creating more toned muscles but until you eat a little healthier & reduce the sugar you consume your “abs” will remain the same 😆

Do you have a daily routine?
Morning? Evening?
What is something you must do daily?

YES of course I do 💁🏻‍♀️😆
Without one I would be ping pinging around and I would start my day feeling lost and then…well then nothing would go right.

Every morning (yes even on vacation) I start my day sitting for 10-15 minutes with my coffee waking up & thinking.
Then my face regimen routine, little make up, pull my hair up & then… I have a 10-15 stretch routine EVERY morning.
Daily habits really do set you up for success & the best part you can start ANY time.

Ok then I make breakfast for hubby & I. Leave myself 20-30 minutes to get anything else accomplished before I see clients!

FACT: Change Your Routine Change Your World 💫

Honestly the most important part of what I do isn’t the sweating or physical strength or the healthy food ideas it IS helping every single women I get to help become mentally stronger & to be sure they feel like a Woman of Value 💎

Someone once said to me… I don’t consider myself as a diva & I think you should change your logo 🙄

I love the word Diva & if your a hard working woman who knows what she wants… I think that’s a pretty darn Amazing description ⚡️

What makes you feel beautiful? Drop me a 💜 if you feel the same.

I know if I steer off my regular routine too long I definitely do not feel healthy which ultimately makes me feel blah and results in not feeling confident ☯️

I do not live an all or nothing life.
I mostly eat healthy. Workout regularly because I like the way it makes me feel (& look of course)

That’s why it’s SO easy for me not to go off too much while I’m away on vacation & when I’m back I just go back to my regular routine.

Yes I ate lotsa of delicious bread, pizza, pasta, gelato. But a lot to me is just more than I would normally do. I don’t eat til I feel sick. I ENJOY it.

It takes practice & habits. The great news…. You can start that ANY time in your life⭐️

They will come into my studio feeling blah, or think they can’t get it done today AND poof… just like that 💥 they leaving feeling energized both physically & emotionally⚡️

So if your blah or having a not so great day….MOVE your body because it really does move out that stank stagnant blahness & creates feeling amazingness ⭐️⭐️
