As part of our commitment to providing incomparable amenities, the Talis Park golf course will soon undergo an extensive $10 million re-grassing process. Our team has worked closely with leading golf course industry experts to develop the best possible plan for our course, as we work to ensure an exceptional playing experience for our residents and guests. Meanwhile, our driving range will remain open during this time.

Vyne House isn’t the only place receiving a summer refresh at Talis Park! Casa Cortese now offers expanded seating with room to accommodate 100 guests, new tables, chairs and umbrella coverage. Outside, residents can also enjoy two firepits with additional soft seating. It’s the perfect spot to relax after hitting the driving range.

Vyne House is the social hub of Talis Park, where premier amenities and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere encourage residents to get out and meet their neighbors. And now, the Grill Room terrace and pool will soon have more space to relax with friends and dine Al Fresco—with the addition of new seating adjacent to the grill room and other relaxing areas with umbrella coverage. There’s plenty of room for residents to enjoy an evening on the terrace.

Did you know Pickleball has been around for over 50 years? The sport was invented in 1965, and soon it will make its way to Talis Park! Four pickleball courts are under construction and will be built to USA Pickleball standards, offering residents another fun way to meet new friends and enjoy the outdoors.

Talis Park’s award-winning Vyne House will soon offer another vibrant gathering place for residents to enjoy. The Rotunda will be undergoing an extensive renovation that will expand outdoor seating to 70 spaces, with awnings above providing areas for shade. New features will include a full-service alfresco bar, making it the perfect new hangout for post-golf drinks, enjoying a sunset overlooking the 18th green or simply relaxing with friends. This rendering offers a sneak peek of what's to come, stay tuned for more information about the Rotunda renovation!

We’re excited to announce that pickleball is coming soon to Talis Park! Four new pickleball courts will be built to USA Pickleball standards with hard surfaces topped by DecoTurf, which provides cushioning and less strain on feet, joints, and the body without affecting the bounce of the ball. The new complex will also have a dedicated bleacher section for spectators to cheer on their favorite players, a water station, and shaded area.

Did you know Talis Park’s amenities include Har-Tru tennis courts? Har-Tru is a fast-drying clay (perfect for playing after a Florida summer shower) and stays 10-15 degrees cooler than a hard court. It’s also easier on the joints, allowing you to play longer and feel your best. Ready to hit the courts?

This complimentary shuttle service takes Talis Park residents to nearby Vanderbilt Beach, and comes equipped with water, towels, and chairs. In April the Beach Runner service is available 5 days a week, and in May on Saturdays and Sundays.
