IT'S THROWBACK THURSDAY!! Do we have a special one for you today! One of the best to ever play the game at his position! My man Luke Kuechly! While working with Ignition and Clif Marshall I was so fortunate to work with Luke. Unfortunately his career was cut short do to injuries. He still conquered the game with being Defensive rookie of the year and Defensive MVP! He is now a scout for the Blessed to call you a friend.

Good luck to my man Ty and Hudson at their camp today representing Gulf Coast highschool football. So proud of all the hard work they have been putting in the last couple weeks! Now its time to go out and show everyone what you have. Good luck men. Proud of you all.
This kid is a monster! My man Georgie (7 grade) is always going above and beyond to prepare himself on becoming the best lineman in Southwest Florida. Keep up the grind! I'm proud of you brother!
Can't be more Impressed with my man Sam Mazzola hardwork over the past month and a half. I have watched my man start with 95 pound squats to now over 200, deadlift 145lbs to now 265lbs, bench from 95lbs pounds to hitting 185lbs and still loose over 10 pounds. Im so proud of all your effort and hardwork. Its only the beginning! A big thanks to the best gym in Southwest Florida Naples Family Fitness!💪💪
