Up to three grants of $10,000 in-kind value will be awarded to mentor three nonprofit organizations that serve individuals with disabilities through horses.

This can include help in a variety of areas including:
- business development, P&Ps
- admin, technology, documentation, operational efficiencies
- fund raising, grant writing, donor retention
- development of board, volunteers, staff,
- programs, facilities and horses
- templets for the forms, trainings and policies
