Woolworths ban selling plastic straws and remove packaging from 80 fruit and veg products after backlash from customers Australia's supermarket giants Woolworths and Coles will reduce the levels of excess packaging in stores they've announced. customers have grown furious over the excess plastic.

Young Professionals of Naples was generously hosted for a FREE morning workout at CrossFit Blaze! Their awesome facility is at 6563 Taylor Rd. #7 & 8, Naples, FL 34109. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it perfect for any committed individual regardless if you are a beginner or experienced--all skill levels attended this event. This fun workout was a group setting with friendly professional guidance lasting approx. 1 hr. from 10-11am inside their gym, known as 'The Box.' Immediately following the workout session we were rewarded with some awesome healthy delicious replenishing complimentary light refreshments & bites catered courtesy of Shelley's Lellow on site at CrossFit Blaze, while we socialized post-workout. It was a great introduction to CrossFit & tasty plant-based cuisine.

Shelley's Lellow was at Crossfit Blaze today! :) Plant-based foods are great for after a workout. Chlorophyll is easy for out body to assimilate and, ounce for ounce, provides more protein than any animal product. Thank you Young Professionals of Naples and Crossfit Blaze! Had a great time today!

My first attempt at a cone! :) Come by OSETRA tonight and taste my new roll. Red pepper, celery, zucchini, almonds, dill and raisins. Pair with kombucha, a crisp white wine or champagne. It's ladies night tonight at Osetra!! I'll be here from 5:30-9ish
