It is not Happiness as Happiness is short lived, it is not just winning, (believe me I know, we have lost our share and still retained great Team Culture, Chemistry and Brand!), however winning sure is helpful and often the byproduct of great team wide brand and culture. Brand, Culture and Chemistry is JOY, the feeling of looking for opportunities to be together, to have a true friendship built on trust and good open transparent communication. To all be on the same page in supporting TEAM..Supporting each of the players for the betterment of the TEAM...to be happy for success of others. To want to be respected in who we are on and off the court. To have a Brand for ourselves that matches in principle the Brand of the Team. To know that spouses, partners and family are part of the Team, part of the Joy of being together and knowing that all are welcome.
