🔹𝙵𝙰𝚅𝙾𝚁𝙸𝚃𝙴 𝙼𝙾𝙼𝙴𝙽𝚃: When I realized I’d joined more than just a gym, but a family.
⚡️𝙲𝙻𝙰𝚂𝚂 𝚃𝙸𝙼𝙴: 9:30 and 4:30 are two of my favorites, but 5:30 pm has a special place in my heart as it’s the one that started my 643 journey.
🔹𝙶𝙾𝙰𝙻𝚂: My goal use to be “to lose weight” or “look good in a bathing suit”. But now my goal is just be happy, healthy, and be the best version of myself.
⚡️𝚆𝙷𝚈 𝟼𝟺𝟹 & 𝚆𝙷𝙰𝚃 𝙼𝙰𝙺𝙴𝚂 𝙸𝚃 𝚄𝙽𝙸𝚀𝚄𝙴: Because the coaches aren’t just coaches, they’re the closest thing I have to family down here. I can feel that they truly care about me, and they constantly support & push me to be the best I can be both in and out of the gym. Stepping into 643 you immediately feel the energy and positivity that radiates from the staff and it’s members, it’s just one of the things making it different from the rest, what makes them special.

What we believe Nicole provides, is beyond the typical PT. She understands the importance of your activity level. Most PTs referred to us by our physicians main goal is for us to be pain free. Unfortunately, most of the time this means - removing 90% of your regular activity. Nicole’s approach is active recovery vs passive recovery. Continue moving at a scaled level to REBUILD and STRENGTHEN - maintaining your activity. Less down time, less discouragement. Continued forward progress.

▪️𝙶𝙾𝙰𝙻𝚂: At the beginning my short term goal was to be at the gym 5 days a week, and now I just can’t get enough! Next, I want to train for an obstacle course race, and hopefully it will be with a team. Long term goal is to stay fit, healthy, and smiling so that I can love others well. 😃

⚡️Daily weight fluctuation is normal. The average adult’s weight can fluctuate up to 5-6 pounds PER. DAY🤯 It all comes down to what & when you eat, drink, exercise … even sleep. Food high in salt and carbs may cause your body to retain water. Your weight may spike until the bloat subsides.
⚡️No matter the caloric content, food & drinks all weigh something! Healthy foods & water pass through your body quickly, so better foods = less fluctuation. Foods high in carbs, sodium, and fat take longer to process and expel through waste.
