Cardio Drumming What is Cardio Drumming? It combines slight resistance, cardio, drumming and awesome uplifting music. Your core is used for all basic movements.
It is a fun full body exercise that combines rhythm and movement in a way that lets you express yourself, release tension, and stress, and burn calories. Cardio drumming helps clear your mind and improves balance and coordination.

Just a reminder this next Monday, December 16 is our last class before Christmas break.
Unfortunately well be taking a longer break than just for the holidays, due to some health issues I will no longer be continuing cardio drumming in the new year. I’m very bummed about this but we also need to keep this bun in the oven as long as possible! I hope you all understand 😊

Class will be cancelled this evening. Sorry for the inconvenience but we made an unexpected trip to the ER this morning. No worries, all is good now but I was sent home from work to rest so no class tonight!

We have normal class tomorrow BUT next week, Monday October 28th class is on me... if you wear a costume! I hope it is just as good if not better than years past 😜 get your costumes around ladies!!
