❄️Winter here in New Hampshire certainly has its own unique beauty. But today, as I add on another layer of thick clothes, I find myself missing those hot sweaty yoga practices of summer.
☀️Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for the warm clothes, and I’m thankful for heated indoor space at home and , but today this old photo from last summer on my deck is looking pretty nice.
❄️If you would like to come inside and practice Aerial Yoga with me tomorrow morning, I’ll be teaching an all levels class at 10 AM.
