Making it to this weekend was a journey to say the least, but man was it fun!! Walking out on that stage for the first time was nerve racking, absolutely enjoyable, and mysterious all at the same time!!
I want to shout out and say thanks to:
Wifey for being 💯 supportive, and filling in as the brain of this body while my brain just wasn’t braining these last few weeks!!
for being the mastermind of all this from 2019, but more importantly for being part of my family!!
and for their support getting me ready!!
for pushing me to do the show at all, and then pushing me to be better than I was the day before, and coming to watch the show!!

When cardio increases, training is intense, work implements mandatory overtime, and you just don’t have time to cook breakfast every morning!!
Each Rectangle:
1/2 cup egg whites
