It’s game week and the Titans already have a massive misstep.

- This Jets game might be the biggest Week 1 in recent Titans history. They are not playing Buffalo. They are playing a team that has been just as stinky and just as incompetent. The pressure on Robert Saleh and Cam Ward is real.
- Cedric Gray, the returning leading tackler, wrecked a UTV this weekend and is in concussion protocol. What an idiot. And it is a bad look for Saleh if he cannot get his players to focus.
- I am “hearing a lot” from Titan land. I am not running rumors. But the picture people are painting is organizational weakness and corporate backstabbing.
- ESPN’s latest on Vrabel and Russini: the Patriots do not care, and if New England wins Wednesday the story dies.
- College football: it is over for Dabo at Clemson, LSU looks all-in, Louisville’s loss, and I could not hang with the SMU-FSU power outage.

The fallout from the Titans pulling my access.

Since yesterday I’ve been on Mad Dog Unleashed, SportsNState, The Dan LeBatard Show, Yahoo Sports Daily, and Fearless with Jason Whitlock.

My take: this was an objectively bad business decision by the Titans. The team should be locked in on the Jets. Instead the conversation is about why they banned a reporter a week before Week 1.

I also worry this is going to come back on Cam Ward whether he had anything to do with it or not.

The Titans called me today and told me I’m banned from the practice facility and press conferences.

Their position: I’m a YouTuber, not a daily beat writer, and I no longer need media access. They said it wasn’t one incident — it was the totality of my coverage.

I understand their position. I disagree with it.
